It is a combination of Fire & Allied Perils and Burglary risks under one policy.
The contingencies covered are as follows:-
a. Fire, Lightning, Explosion, Thunder bolt
b. Earthquake
c. Storm Tempest, Hurricane, Tornado and Flood
d. Aircraft and other Aerial Devices and Articles dropped therefrom.
e. Riot, Strikes and Civil Commotion
f. Bursting or Overflowing of Water Tanks, Apparatus or Pipes
g. Impact
h. Theft following actual forcible and violent breaking into or out of Private Dwelling House or Business Premises. |
